No job security, bcoz they pick freshers from the institute for taking their work to maximum. No job security, no salary increment, work only under 7k to 10k for years. If you ask for increment they will hire other freshers on 5k to 7k salary. They only want labour not employee with no respect. Very small company no value of company's experience letter. Thx.

Nothing . It was just a nightmare for me. Worst company ever seen. They treat employees as a bonded labour. No facility and also salary is very low as compare to industry standards.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
