HR policy, politics, No team respect from the seniors, They should know every one human. No understanding of the sales team. They always give pressure to tech team.sales should not be directed contact to tech team.

I dont like working with this company instead I hate them . Even they were getting payment from clients they cut 50% of our salary

Poor management, poor pay , no good compensation or encouragement, with minimum manpower they are expecting maximum effort . Fed off of working here
