NOC environment was very bad,There is no opportunity to move forward in career, if Some position open for next level management not consider its own employees and not provide any chance to prove themselves,

There is no career growth, there is no incremental benefits for NOC Employees who work on bottom level, especially the team which working on an isolated location from chennai to panindia support , Management not considering about employees. in media they announce they do lot for employees butactually those are deducted from employees only , even bonus are part of our CTC and we will get after some deductions</mark>....Read More

Overall Company is good. But there is no career growth in terms of compensation, increment, bonus n all. Rest everything is good there.
