1. Work life balance is pathetic. Six days a week is normally followed. 2. Have to work for 12-24 hrs continuously during commissioning and shutdown maintenance. 3. A lot is expected from new comers/ laterals and a heavy work load is given. 4. Canteen food is pathetic.

Work Details

It was good and hectic at the same time. A good place to work. However, HR policies should be made better and 5 days a week working schedule should be followed.
