Good office. HR conducts lots of activities for employees. Company is part of R-Capital Group and hence openings across the group are shared with employees. Apparently, work-life balance across the Group is better than the team we part of.

Dislikes

PMS and alternative investments team has no concept of work-life balance. High level of micromanagement. All teams work in silos and no coherence. Politics is very much the norm and moving within the group is not a possibility. Innovation and ideas sharing is practically non-existent.HR knows about issues but no change in attitude.
