Only learning that gow difficult a work culture could be in future as company is not providing any increment for any staff or store manager and you have yo work very very hard to achieve targets. You have to bill products by paying from your pockets. Store is capable for 5 lakhs os sales but companu gives you more than 20 lakhs of targets. You have to bill it to vendors because customers come only for sim cards but they dont have focus on sim card sales as it will happen anyway . They will ask you forcefully to bill mobile phones , home appliances, software like bodyguard, you have to bill accessories , and vendor purchase all this in a price which you can not match and you have to put money from your pocket ....Read More

Worst working environment I have ever seen in my career. Really pathetic. Think before joining. If you have credit cards and you have joined reliance then be ready for credit burden as you will use your own credit card to bill products to vendor and start putting money from your own pockets.

There is no any person from management grade apart from store manager in their value format store SMARTPOINT. No work life balance , standards & Sop not followed down the line. Compensation and benefits not upto market standards. They will assign you task of different verticals like Find a site for new stores .
