Guidance needed

Currently im working in a company that offers not much growth in my career and working culture is not good. I have been with this company for past 6 months. I have received an offer from another reputed company with a slight increase in the package. Will it be good decision if i shift to the new company. I have done shift rotation duties for 08hours. Working culture in reliance industry as per the shift timings are very good. Management is also co-operative to each other. As per the security policies are also good.

Dislikes

Salary is also good and career growth is fast. Job training is also given to new joinees.

Job was very good. I learnt from the job many things.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
