Brand value and job security were the only good aspects of working at a manufacturing division in RIL. Learning opportunities were quite high in the first 1-2 years, then unless you start looking for another job, you are stuck in RIL forever.

Dislikes

Work culture in the manufacturing division was horrible. Even the topmost tier managers would use extremely abusive language and openly humiliate everyone around them. Many people would be just licking their superior's boots. The company does not care for its employees at all. They will go to any extent to get what they want, including banning movement within the housing township in the name of covid, not allowing anyone to go home even during extreme medical emergencies and even handing Rs 500 fines for simply walking on the road....Read More

Work Details

Overall experience was horrible. There are no facilities, food is horrible, the company culture is bad, admin is horrible, and HR is practically non-existent. A terrible experience.
