Only job security is good point in this company.

Dislikes

Very less personal and salary growth as compare to other petrochemical company. Company requirements are too high as compare with salary scale and increment. Don't come to RIL if your package is not good early. You will see yourself at same stage after many years of joining.

Workload is too high.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Guidance needed

Currently im working in a company that offers not much growth in my career and working culture is not good. I have been with this company for past 6 months. I have received an offer from another reputed company with a slight increase in the package. Will it be good decision if i shift to the new company. Does this shift affect my career in any ways as im not employed there for at least 1 year
