Great scope of learning and innovation. Freedom of work, but at your own risk with not much support from seniors.

Dislikes

Scope of work is never defined. Career growth opportunities are subject to none, No defined salary structure or pay band for each cadre. Very less salary growth (much less than even a PSU). No employee friendly environment.
