The company is open to innovation and apply new techniques as and when required. I love that I am a part of this company. It enhances my knowledge and experience up to mark. The office enviornment is very healthy and full of energy all the time. Carrier growth is limited and opportunities are less. Salary increament is also a big issue which insist me to search for new job.

Dislikes

Compensation is average and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work even in my lunch time to complete daily job. Managing director always ask about our output but never appreciate work done even if it had been done up to mark. There is lack of training on technical issues.

Work Details

At Radiant Heating I am doing all computers work like preparing Quotations / Proforma Invoices. Handling e-mails, doing railway / air ticketing on regular basis, responsible for tailor made software like attendance, production, store etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
