I finally decided to switch my career after a long working with other MNC, Mine biggest mistake was to JOIN REHAU INDIA Worst company ever seen . Apparently people with Positive attitude to give growth to company arent welcome here .Company has too much politics in mid and senior level . Generally if u dont get in the Lobby of top to mid senior level u are a victim of politics .

Actually , Rehau should change its name to Political Leading company , A company designed to do politics with there employee specialy front liners .Management and Hr policies are very poor even HR is not consen about to make a single call to employee in case of resignation .pls dont waste your Time and career joining REHAU ..

Good work life balance. Good work culture. Job security and satisfaction. This is a company where people mostly look forward to retire.

Dislikes

Substandard growth. Not for ambitious and talanted people. Company surviving on Monopoly product. Remove the edgeband and it's over. Mejority of the people work in their comfort zone as growth is very very limited so No motivation for people to go extra mile.

They take them for training for 1 year and then expel them, they have no future. rehau polymers

The management is not good, no one inside is doing anything less than the right thing and after taking training, the person does not progress, he is fired, if there is no employee then the company will not grow.
