There is no KRA. Demand changes every hour hence your previous work efforts are not counted. Any critic is taken as negative and you are in a bad book. Management not having statutory facilities- Like medical insurance and PF not submitted on time and no salary slip provided on time. Gujju business and no work culture, etiquettes.
