The company is horrible the higher management thinks that they can play along with your career line and juggle you from one project to another they cut off while paying your basic allowances and if you are working fot the vendor projects it's a curse because then they would pressurize you to a horrible extent and in case you don't perform they will keep your papers ready to throw you out without any prior notice company is really good for throwing their employees out in their vendor project. Salary for experienced people is way to less. Bad because all of their vendor projects are bad from SAP to Google to Reddit. They don't value their employees.
