Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. The growth of employees is very low, if you are at lower level employee and you have a good knowledge then they don't give you opportunity to grow you will be at same position.

Overall not so good place to work in

Dislikes

No proper management. False promises even from higher authorities and management including owner of the company. Growth is almost close to zero, no appraisal on time even when you are fruitful resource or hardworker and no compensation or arrears after that. So obviously job security & growth is zero.
