Overall not so good place to work in

Dislikes

No proper management. False promises even from higher authorities and management including owner of the company. Growth is almost close to zero, no appraisal on time even when you are fruitful resource or hardworker and no compensation or arrears after that. So obviously job security & growth is zero. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
