only positive thing is that they collected blood sample on time

worst experience for the first time; I never suggest this lab for emergency purposes ; I'm pregnant and had an appointment; the day I get the reports ; but this lab people delayed my reports for 2 days, called customer care 7 times and they said will put your concern on priority, but never they did; I rescheduled my appointment twice ; and haven't got reports even after 2 days, later I called on 3rd day and they were telling will generate your report now ; and asking my mail id which is already mentioned earlier , this is how shows there recklessness. and after I getting my reports billing date ; sample date and collected date were same; My reports looks like incorrect so again I visited other lab to repeat test... all time waste; money waste things ; This is not how u deal with the patients. specially in emergency cases; very disorganized company ....Read More
