Great brand within competition, larger network helps in gaining market share.

Dislikes

Compensation is low, work life balance is very bad. Managers don't value employees skills and don't support in individual enhancement. Even performers are also not valued at all, they always demand for more. While no growth in hirarchy or in compensation. No ethics between management and employees even on business terms with client.

Being in sales, surpriseingly sales is easy here due to brand. But servicing the client is a serious challenge. Company hardly tryies to accommodate client requests. While the sales staff is left hanging around in between. Salary comparison very bad.
