I think the company has very good talent hunting capabilities. I have experienced this over 2 years at the company. The talented professionals that the company recruits, obviously at the annual package higher than others makes the work culture amazing. When you see lots and lots of positive professional energy around you in your workplace. It personally makes me happy as I would be able to improve myself day by day. Work-life balance is also very good here as only that much work is given that I am able to complete during my working hours. The sense of job security here is also great as the employees here know that the company is making profits and their work is recognized and appreciated by the management....Read More

Dislikes

Yes, I do have a dislike. The dislike is I'm not able to think of switching the company because I see many opportunities within the company. The company culture and inhand salary with annual promotions is so good that I don't see any need of switching the company.
