Its a big brand name, if all things in your direction you may stand a chance to fully explore your abilities.

Chinese MNC, everything controlled by china. Bad benifits and sometimes zero benifits and appraisals. Poor work culture with substandard people who are low on experience. Middle and top management are not knowledgeable. Managers are usually narcissistic and Machiavellian but manageable. Budget is usually small as launches are a lot.
