I worked on RDP WORKSTATION PVT LTD. what I faced there is no job security As such. No work life balance as well. They even have no satisfying leave policy for out station candidate. As I'm from west bengal so I need atleast 12 to 15 days leave for a year but their strict rule is max to max 10 days leave at a stretch can be approved but no exceptions allowed. This is actually horrible. Hr are like a principal type attitude and there is only rule and rule no business no profit so no increment no satisfaction. As per the CEO's statement (verbal) laying off the employees is the business policy 😄. So please thik twice before joining....Read More
