1. Weekly meetings are exhaustive, they force you to give suggestions (even if you don't have), otherwise they don't give you deserving appraisal! 2. Managers are the boss, than the directors. You need to keep the managers impressed for having a good working life balance & a peaceful working timings in the company! 3. No Growth at all, as managers won't allow you to grow & learn 4. Zero confidentiality with directors: they will go & tell everything to their managers (even if any employee refused to) 5. They will harass you to the next level mentally & also by giving you works which are not related to your field. 6. Too much of politics: Managers will make sure to keep their favourite employees only. 7. Salary is not given as per the post & market standards! 8. Zero professionalism! 9. No respect! 10. Everytime you will receive a warning with respect to appraisal deduction or they hold your salary, if the work is not done as per their requirement! 11. Lot & lot of trust issues: Directors only trust their managers & none of their employees & this ends up in having no job security! 12. They can fire you at any time, as per their convenience! *I wanted to work in a certain department which I got to work since I got the offer from the company that made me going on each day. *A certain senior helped me with basics of my would be workings in the first two months which helped me do my work. *I understand there would be some degree of job security at the company that's it.

*Everybody is complaining of something,Go to any department. *Bad work culture especially for the administrative personnel working /operating from within the plant. *Small minded and small hearted people who are seniors and run the pipe plant. *Unwelcoming Staff and seniors.You will notice that as soon as you join them. *Bad serviceat the canteen and not very good hygiene as well.Only the administrative personnel building has decent hygiene and decent infra at Unit II. *Poor employee satisfaction overall. Even the H.R department is filled with people who are not so techinally educated on the policies of the company and in poor in communication. *Personnel in the plant long /medium term serving misbehave when asked to do their work as certain tasks are co-related even though they rank lower to you department wise or work wise.Maybe they do it more so if you are young....Read More
