Even the H.R department is filled with people who are not so techinally educated on the policies of the company and in poor in communication. *Personnel in the plant long /medium term serving misbehave when asked to do their work as certain tasks are co-related even though they rank lower to you department wise or work wise.Maybe they do it more so if you are young....Read More
