- Hr is only name & sake - No role of hr in an employee instead doing the documentation while joining. - When in an every organisation marketing peoples role is into developing the market by doing activities - In this particular company their activities is to collect what a sales person doing - To doing their micro-management task ..They have been recruited for that. - Some person have recruited in marketing have extra knowledge, to ask a sales person while checking his/her expenses Where is the metro train ticket to pass the expense! They are great! Marketing activities - They will ask a sales person to do activity every month I.e. min 5 (Per person they will give you 50rs ) which has to be spent from your pocket only. - they don't have trust in a employee they will ask to share the pictures of the people who came into the activity. If suppose they can't see a people,they will suppose to cut the money for the person,which is claimed by you. They will simply cut. And they will ask the bill for that Asan bhasa me kaha jaye toh... Denge 50 rupaiya tumko expectation rakhenge 5 star hotel k bill ka.
