the manager is only person who support you.the manager is having very great nature.

before joining the company please be aware if their needs fulfill they will terminate without any salary.the owner if verry bossy.the hr policy is rediculous

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
