The company isn't an employee friendly company. Some rules set up are too harsh for the employees and unnecessary. There is no proper greivance redressal mechanism.

Overall work experience was good as i learned many things but company terminated me without pre-prior notice without informing me. Company terminated the 3rd party contract without notifying their employees and all this is just because of corona pandamic. They didn't even consider about employees hard work and time related to work at the time of terminating. So it's totally unsatisfied as a employee. They are many more things.......Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? 1. At RattanIndia, their is no balance between work & personal life. Being just one second late can result in losing half a day's leave, even though you still have to work full day. 2. They won't let you work from home, even in emergencies. 3. The work environment is terrible, with no consideration of work life balance, and it's notpleasant to work. 4. They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (FnF), and despite reaching out multiple times, they rarely respond to mails. When you call, they claim they haven't recieved approval yet. 5. There is no chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. The management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything. Summary: Don't make mistake of working at RattanIndia. It's a terrible company that won't help you grow and will make your life miserable....Read More
