Nobody wants to update. Unusual hard work, less coordination. As they assign specific sales person to distributor. They don't mention sales person detail in any raw data. So, Day by day i have to map the sales person with raw data which is absolutely unusual.

RASNA AS A COMPANY IS WONDERFUL THE CHAIRMAN IS A WONDERFUL PERSON HE WANTS TO TAKE THE COMPANY FORWARD BUT HE IS DEAF AT YEARS PROMOTES WRONG PEOPLE WHICH EFFECTS THE OVERALL WORK EXPERIENCE IN RASNA EXPORTS.

ATTRITION IS VERY VERY HIGH PEOPLE DONT STAY MORE THEN 2 TO 3 MONTHS DUE TO THE WRONG ATTITUDE OF THE MD WHO DUE TO SUPPORT TO HIS SON MAKES LIFE OF OTHERS TERRIBLE.
