I have some concerns about Rapipay, particularly regarding the customer support senior staff, management, and the operations head. They seem unsupportive and primarily concerned with their own interests rather than those of the junior employees. During performance appraisals, the operations head has indicated that if juniors cannot meet expectations, they may resign or face dismissal without proper documentation. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge and special thanks to Mr. Yogendra Kashyap, Mr. Nithin, and Anupriya Singh. They have all been incredibly helpful and supportive. Wost company to work with where management itself is envolved in extra numereous affairs and no one is serious for the business executive level is doing 12hr of shift to deliver the work and management is busy enjoying with their official partners.

Nothing to like about rapipay except they pay salary on time.

1. Micro Management 2. Favouritism 3. Poor work environment 4. Unethical Practices 5. Uncertain layoffs and they don’t plan anything whenever in need they hire people and fire when not in need. 6. Upper management is so biased they just want people who become their puppet.

Not doing good in terms of business, will shut down in a year or so. Layoffs happening from past one year.

Dislikes

No appraisal, food is bad, no other restaurants nearby, nothing in terms of perks, sometimes there is lots of work pressure, while other times there is no work for the entire tech teams. Everyday people are afraid for their jobs. Newly hired people get fired first in layoffs, as they have less dependency.

You will get lot to learn as every employee is very helpful for each other.

Dislikes

Hire and fire policy. On 2023 they did layoffs 4 times in a year and it continues in 2024 as well. Staff strength reduced by 70%. So no stable career. HR will not be in touch with you once you joined.
