I have some concerns about Rapipay, particularly regarding the customer support senior staff, management, and the operations head. They seem unsupportive and primarily concerned with their own interests rather than those of the junior employees. During performance appraisals, the operations head has indicated that if juniors cannot meet expectations, they may resign or face dismissal without proper documentation. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge and special thanks to Mr. Yogendra Kashyap, Mr. Nithin, and Anupriya Singh. They have all been incredibly helpful and supportive. I have left my previous job as a assistant manager for this company Rapipay I joined as a executive that was my very big mistake my friends were suggesting don’t joinbecause the company’s feedback is very bad but I joined I left my good job but after 2 months they removed 240 employees. Without any notice they did not pay any amount. Think about it there was so many peoples who leaves with the family they left job now they all are suffering because very less opportunities are in market at least company should have informed 7 week before.
