I liked working with the talented team, including the directors (Pranay and Pranav), Shiv sir (Manager), and my colleague Saksham sir, who have taught me a lot. The directors are very polite and helpful. RankFast offers free courses to help the team upskill themselves professional and they also give chance to everyone to showcase their own hidden professional skills.

Dislikes

People come from different background, and everyone should be respected for who they are. No one should impose their own ideology or force others to change. HR department should not bring up things said outside of work environment to the company directors.

According to me , WOrking culture is very good. Founders and HR are also cooperative in working with employees , understanding level , work stress in very low and all get initiative in decision Making.

Dislikes

Not much , but yes job security is less if you don't work acc to their expectations , you'll get fired
