Nothing I literally hate it as there is no hierarchy.... You would feel like you are a boss in name but actually the people working under you are domating you and management would be fine with it. And they also support it.... Worst work culture. And too worst management cultureless and stupids all over the management

There is a variation in the caliber of food served to the staff. I worked in Pondicherry Branch for LEAD outsourcing from 2010 to 2014, They offered diverse quality dishes to permanent and Temporary employees, When i was started i was paid 3900 INR after deduction and In the year 2014 i was Paid 5700 after deductions .Rane Instituteof Employee Development Training is given to only Permanent Employees even though i am an engineering graduate i didn't get that kind of Possibilities .The Knowledge gaining options is only for Permanent employees.I would occasionally work additional shifts when my reliever not came....Read More
