No security for job, they do not give leave, not pay leave encashment and moreover no career growth or a male candidate

There is a lot of politics and also the management does not listen to the teachers problems. They do not provide leave to the teachers but say that we are allowed to take 12 leaves and 3 medicals but in real no leave is granted. On resignation whether you give your resignation 3 months earlier , they do not provide you salary of lastmonth.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
