You get exposed to professional approach for treating municipal and hazardous waste. Company provides chances to explore various departments for organizational knowledge.

Dislikes

There is no proper measure for determining peoples working efficiency and most of the times increments don't match with the work you have done. There won't be much one to one training sessions.

As i'm as environmental engineer I get to know and work on statutory compliance, assisting in audits, participating in planning and implementation of innovation activities, sharing ideas in generating AFR material and operational planning.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent, there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything on the job l got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get taste of different roles within the same team.
