Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Worst management to be seen in any hospital in Bangalore. Owner is a guy who does not know to manage or to respect other humans. Does not provide proper appointment letters or offer letters which helps him go back on his words around salary or work timings. Back checks done at entry doors just because he says he has prior experienceof doctors stealing stuff from the hospital. Boasts about legacy of the hospital over 30 years being the first private hospital in Bangalore. Please do note that appolo too started similar, but you can't even compare. Other hospitals in Bangalore that started within last five to ten years are in much better position. This hospital only has patients thanks to few good doctors including the owners son there. The management however is a mess....Read More

The CEO is a freak , shouts on always doesn’t respect doctors. I have joined as centre head and immediately left it cause he use to make me work in front receptionist. I am a doctor and I was made to clean up rooms and front reception work. Terrible colleagues they don’t even respect.
