Work environment is not good for people who want to work ethically. Team work is absolutely unseen as there is a lot of botching and backbiting. Highly unprofessional management and irresponsible HR.

Unethical, unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour of top management and inefficient HR.

Work Details

I properly resigned and got relieved from duties due to certain complications in pregnancy. HR promised to issue my due salary within 40 days. Now, it's more than 4 months and I am getting no replies of my repeated emails till date.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
