Rama TMT operates under a "Seth Ji" culture where the MD and Director are personally involved in every matter. Every small decision requires their approval, and nothing happens unless "Seth Ji" wants it to. Essentially, despite having a management team, the company is run by a single decision-maker — "Seth Ji." Employees can be called at any time — be it late at night or early morning — with no regard for work-life or personal-life balance. There is constant pressure on employees to get work done from vendors, and when employees manage to get things done using their own personal connections, the company withholds payments to the vendors. In some cases, they even deduct money from the employees' salaries and reassign it as part of their bonus. When an employee resigns, their final salary is often withheld under various excuses. High-level positions are occupied by "Seth Ji's" friends, who lack both the education and skills for their roles. These individuals are given high salaries and leadership positions but are mainly involved in dirty office politics, which spoils the company environment.
