Rama Medicare , Rama University , Rama Medical College , Hospital & Research Centre , Lakhanpur . all are terrible organization to work as I have realized during my tenure in HR Department . There is no policies & processes. Even they don't have a HR director only a marketing & operation department knowledge woman is running HR Department . She is very physically closed to MD Suraj . 3 months salary delay , no motivation to work . even they cheat on Doctors ....Read More
