Nothing, Trust me don't join this company till Aprajita is there. Company's Director is Good, Knowledgeable and know how to run business but this lady Aprajita has full control and she likes politics only. She has ruined career of many employees. Even they delete bad reviews.

Everything, Again don't join this company if Aprajita is there. She is the lady who has ruined everything, she is the mother of all problem. Aprajita Chauhan is ensuring the downfall of the entire group. She is the worst person I have ever met. She forces everyone to post fake review on Ambition box and if we don't then she deduct salary of the person. She is the worst person. Every successful institution has a history as is with Rama Hospital. The campus is huge, well connected, well equipped and very popular many kilometres across. This keeps the hospital full with patients and the UG and PG doctor's get to see many patients in the presence of reputed doctors who are the teaching faculty. The work culture is amicable and harmonious.

As such I have to travel for 2 hours for ingress and egress.
