Likes

New exposure related to the field. Consultancy realed services got improved. Communication improved. I had built great confidence in me. Very satisfied working in Rajiv Singh and Associates, LLP.

Dislikes

Very ambitious working environment, so employees have to work in weekends during peak time.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
