Rajiv school gives me conveyance facility that is the big deal.because the place I m living there is not a single gud schl.thats why everyday I have to travel 45 km from one side.otherwise it's ok as it's private school so lot of work is there without proper increment.since last 5 years there is only 2000 hike in my salary which is not satisfactory for me....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
