Company is best but seniors behavior is worst ever since I have worked there I have always see the seniors doing nothing but taking advantages of seniority and post. They dont work and take advantages of juniors. They also include personal life in professional life. Lots of politics, some staff are totally free with their work and the other staff have overloaded work pressure, always begging to our leaves which is provided by hospital but the manager and HOD'S are giving to you your leaves...

The skills one gain as you come across different techniques and tools or machineries.Also they take daily classes to improve your knowledge.one forms a good relationship with patients and attendants also as their treatment usually takes 6 months to years ,so you meet them almost once a week.Salary is good, according to other hospitals.

Dislikes

Politics which may also affect you appraisal and promotion, bad management of staff in terms of assigning patients or arranging staff if any staff is absent.
