The company is trying to get into the shape of a real multinational, specially after the acquisition by Brenntag but it will take time to change the overall work culture & work style. The top leadership team is really interested to change the overall picture of the organisation & putting in hard efforts for the same.

Dislikes

The Compensation is at par to the industry but the growth path is not defined & it was never discussed at all. In spite of putting heart & soul for the band development & after growing the volume by more than 200% in 3 years I haven't received even a single word of appreciation from any seniors..The new & innovative ideas never welcomed there & all the department would like to work in their proven & conventional way.
