One gets to learn many things. Rainbow provides a good platform for freshers for their growth. The salary is good for the permanent teachers.

Dislikes

Anyone could directly approach the Chairman and talk nonsense about another colleague which is never found out whether the complaint is authentic or not. As a teacher turns above 50 situation is created for him or her to resign. There is no work culture. High salary of a teacher also pinched the Management.Employees who got married their service is terminated .If a female teacher gets pregnant she is asked to leave or else a break is shown and she is asked to rejoin.
