The horrible place to work in, i have a very bad experience there. Firstly the meetings every day before shift, no timings of logout ever, the management does not speak professionally. We had to forced to login for more the 10 hours everyday and working for 3 Saturday. No motivation deciding salary every month. Giving warning letters every now & then. No job security. The Worst place to work in. We where treated like Slave's....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
