* Being a product based company, it has good amount of training materials which can be utilized to update ones skillset. * Working on cutting edge technologies like 5G, ORAN will be an added advantage in the current job market.

* My sincere request to both Engineers & managers is - to communicate in a common language during the meetings i.e. English. It is quite difficult to grasp everything for non Hindi speakers. * Training should have been made better: There are hell lot of training materials, so it becomes difficult for new joiners to understand order in which one should learn. So managers need segregate/filter these training materials and guide new joiners during their training period....Read More
