The work. if you are in radio one, it is only because you love music.

Dislikes

Favouritism runs the organisation. While the rest of the organisation is progressive, some managers still show gender bias. Managers are conditioned to shame their teams into working 24 hours. Increments are an alien notion to them and they still prefer to pay salaries in salt and peanuts. And the ability to Gaslight is a prerequisite to join management.
