Great Culture, you are responsible for your own work & people will not get into micromanagement unless you are not performing. There have been significant changes in the upper management and hence the previous culture is kind off dying. Hope people understand and sustain the good.

Dislikes

The Salaries and the appraisal are really below industry standard and they have the audacity to claim to be best in industry. Work life balance totally depends on the team lead and if your team lead and it will become hell depending on the performance as well.
