I dislike the same thing which I once liked the most about this organisation which is the work culture that has been deterioted in last few years, where there is no respect,no logic before humiliating someone, recently I feel too much humiliated from my own team members working in NH.

Dislikes

1) Management is terrible. 2) Behaviour of H O D is very rude. 3) Work supervisor's is very nasty and horrible. 4) Management's behaviour is so rude. 5) All the staffs are scaring to work overthere. 6) Lack of friendly behaviour. 7) H O D of inpatient is very much egoistic and rude. 8) Doctor's are not attending the patient's of CGHS (Central Govt. Health Scheme) as per management's instructions wheather Govt have not said about that. 9) Management is still harrassing staff along with give allegation. 10) Finally I like to tell that overall work culture is terrible....Read More

The scope for career growth is not much for admin staff, besides salary and appraisal is not lucrative.

Work Details

Working here was a learning experience for me. Now speaking about work pressure, tiring and repetitive tasks factors are more or less same in all other companies. Although salary is not up to the mark. Scope for training and learning is good.
