The work culture is really good. The seniors and management encourage and reward learning. Salary is also good. As a female, I think the environment is also safe for women and they don't ask me to stay till late.

I struggled a lil bit in starting of the job as I'm fresher but after it was quite easy and intersting to work in the company as supportive seniors and staff.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
