Management is transparent, no politics is here. Money compensation for extra working hours will be given. Foreign opportunities are available in rotational basis. Shift based work. Good guidance will be given but it is based upon the higher officials you are working with. Everyone will be friendly. AC working environment. Subsidiary canteen is available only for snacks.

Work life balance is very poor. They will urge you to give output without giving proper input. Very less time will be given to complete the project work. Salary hike is as like normal manufacturing company (average). It is not in compliance with MNC company. They will force you to work on continuous weekends to complete the project.Overall, It is not in compliance with MNC company procedures & policies. Leave policies are not good. Sufficient leaves will be there, but due to project necessity, you are not allowed to take continuous leaves. Record maintenance system is available but it will not work properly. They are doing test and trial in projects directly. No actions will be taken even if you report any problem to higher management. work place is congested....Read More
